Emmanuel Pahud
Emannuel Pahud is a Franco-Swiss flautist who plays as the first flute of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the best in the world.
for my emmanuel pahud he is one of the flutists most known for his beautiful sound and exhilaration that he has on stage, the first time he heard it was on youtube where he found a video in which he played the concert in G major by Mozart, one of my favourites . Later on, when I was growing up and perfecting myself on the flute, I had the opportunity to listen to a live concert here in Chile, at the lake theater in Frutillar.
Emmanuel Pahud He began his flute studies at the age of six in Rome. In 1990 he obtained the First Prize at the National Superior Conservatory of Paris and continued his apprenticeship with Aurèle Nicolet. He won first prizes at the international competitions of Kobe in 1989, Duino in 1988 and Geneva in 1992, where he was awarded 8 of the 12 special prizes. He has also won the "Soloist Prize" at the Radio of the Francophone Community of Switzerland and the "European Council's Juventus Prize" awards. He has also been honored by the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation and the International Tribune for Musicians of UNESCO. In June 2009 he was named Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters for his contribution to music, this makes me admire this flutist a lot since he not only plays the flute but also contributes to society.
